FRY ONION AND GARLIC PASTE WITH BUTTER IN A PAN NOW ADD RICE AND FRY 3 MINUTES MORE NOW ADD 4 VEGETABLE BROTH 1 BY 1 AND MIX THEM WHILE ADDING IN TO ADD REMAINING CHEASE AND BUTTER WHEN RICE BECOME COOKED,WHEN PREPARED MIX BASIL,SALT,BLACK PEPER, AND SERVE IT
