FISH KOFTAY

FISH QEEMA                                                               1 KG
SABZ DHANIA                                                             1 CUP
ONION                                                                       1 CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLI                                                            6
GARLIC PASTE                                                           1 TABLE SAPOON
GINGER PASTE                                                          1 TABLE SAPOON
DHANIA GRINDED                                                    1 TABLE SAPOON
WHITE ZEEERA                                                        1 TABLE SAPOON
DAAR CHEENY                                                         ½ TEA SAPOON
MAITHI DANA                                                          2 TEA SAPOON
TOMATO                                                                 4 TOMATO
SALT                                                                        AS PER TASTE
RED CHILI                                                               1 TABLE SAPOON
COOKING OIL                                                         AS PER NEED IN FRYING


MIX ALL THE INGEREDIENTS IN BOILD FISH AND THEN MADE BALLS OF THIS MIXTURE AFTER 3 HOURS FRY THESE BALLS OF FISH AND IN ANOTHER PAN POUR GREEN CHILLI,GINGER,GARLIC PASTE ONION AND TOMATO WITH THE BOILDE REMAINING WATER OF FISH, ADD OIL IN IT  WHEN OIL BECOME SEPARATE FROM MASALLA ADD KOFTAY IN IT, AND SERVE IT
