CUT THE BIEF IN LONG STRIPS AND MRINATE IT WITH GINGER PASTE,GARLIC PASTE,BLACK PEPER,SALT ,RED CHILI,SOYA SAUCE ,VINEGAR FOR 5 HOURS IN FRIDGE.
THAN DIVIDE MEAT IN TO 16 PICES AND MADE A SHAPE  AND THAN PLACE THEM ON STAKES  FOR GRILLING AND OILED THEM TIME TO TIME WITH THE HELP OF BRUSH WHILE ON GRILL MOVING.AND THAN SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE
