 MARINATE MUTTON STRIPS WITH MUSTARD POWDER,RED CHILI,BLACK PEPER,SALT,GINGER,GARLIC PASTE HOUR 3 HOURS, THEN DEEP FRY MUTTON STRIPS AFTER SOME TIME, PUT RICE IN A DISH A POUR THESE STRIPS IN RICE, AND GARNISH WITH ONION , TOMATO, GREEN CHILLI, AND HARA DHANIA, AND IN THE LAST LEMON JUICE ON IT AND SERVE IT
