MARINATE BEEF WITH SOYA SAUCE,VINEGAR,CORN STARCH,GINGER,GARLIC,BLACK PAPER AND SALT. FOR 3 HOURS ,STIR FRY ONION IN THE PAN BY ADDING LITTLE AMOUNT  OF OIL THAN ADD BEEF IN IT AND COOK IT THAN ADD SUCH AMOUNT OF WATER THAT BEEF BECOME COOKED NOW ADD SESMI IN THE BEEF AND COOK 2 MORE MINUTES AFTER THAT DISH IS READY NOW SERVE WITH SALAD.
