BASIN FRIED                                                               4 TABLE SAPOON
SALT                                                                             AS PER TASTE

ONION                                                                         100 GRAM
YOUGURT                                                                    100 GRAM
OIL                                                                                50 GRAM
TOMATO                                                                      50 GRAM
RED CHILI POWDER                                                 1 TEA SAPOON
DHANIA DRY POWDER                                            1 TEA SAPOON
GARLIC PASTE                                                           1 TEA SAPOON
GINGER PASTE                                                          1 TEA SAPOON
MUSTARD POWDER                                                 ½ TEA SAPOON
SALT                                                                             AS PER TASTE


·         FRY HALF QEEMA AND ONION IN OIL
·         WHEN QEEMA BECOME FRIED THAN ADD WATER TO COOK IT
·         GRINDE REMAINING ONION,GINGER,LONG,RED CHILI AND ADD IN QEEMA AND FRY IT.
·         NOW ADD BASIN IN THE QEEMA AND MDAE ROUND CALLED KOFTA AS SEEN IN PICTURE
·         BLEND TWO EGGS AND BOIL 4 EGGS
·         DIP KOFTAS IN BLENDED EGGS AND FRY KOFTAS.
·         CUT THE ONION AND FRY IN PAN TILL IT BECOME BROWN
·         IN THE SAME OIL ADD GINGER,GARLIC PASTE,TOMATO,DHANIA,SALT CHILI AND HALDI  AND  FRY THEM.
·         THAN ADDD FRIED ONION YOUGURT AND MADE GRAVY OF IT.
·         THAN ADD KAFTA IN GRAVY  AND COVERD THE PAN FOR FEW MINUTES FOR DUM.
AFTER IT BECOME REAY ADD BOILED AGGS AND SERVE IT.
